Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order moves to "Confirmed" or "Packing" status, cancellation may no longer be possible as preparation begins immediately. To cancel, go to the Track Your Order page or email hello@seafoodjoy.com with your order number.

Cancellation Window

Orders in "Payment Pending" or "Paid" status can be cancelled immediately by logging into your account and using the cancellation option, or by contacting us. Cancellation requests are processed within 2 hours.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched (status: Out for Delivery), it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the delivery, you may refuse the delivery at the door. A refund will be processed after the product is returned to us.

Refund After Refusal

If you refuse a delivery, the product must be returned to the delivery executive. Once we confirm receipt of the returned product, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only some of them, please contact hello@seafoodjoy.com. Partial cancellations are subject to availability and may affect the order total.

How to Cancel

Option 1: Track your order at seafoodjoy.com/track-order and use the cancellation option. Option 2: Email hello@seafoodjoy.com with your order number and reason. Option 3: Call +91 98765 43210 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM IST).
