Chilled Cold-Chain Delivery
All Seafood Joy products are delivered chilled between 0–4°C — not frozen. This preserves the texture, flavour, and nutritional quality of our shrimp. Please do not freeze upon receipt.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within Karnataka, Kerala, Goa, and Tamil Nadu, and 2–3 business days for other serviceable locations. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Slots
During checkout, you can choose a preferred delivery time slot. While we make every effort to honour your preference, deliveries during extreme weather or peak periods may be subject to minor delays. You will be notified via SMS and email if there are any changes.
Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver across Karnataka (including Bangalore and Mangalore), Kerala, Goa, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kolhapur, Aurangabad), Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy), Andhra Pradesh (Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Tirupati), and Telangana (Hyderabad). Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.
Delivery Packaging
Your shrimp is packed in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to maintain temperature during transit. Upon delivery, transfer to your refrigerator immediately. The packaging is not designed for long-term storage.
Delivery Attempt
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be held at the nearest pickup point for 48 hours before being returned. You will receive SMS notifications at each stage.
Quality on Arrival
If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition — for example, if the temperature was compromised, or the product appears spoiled — please contact us within 2 hours of delivery at hello@seafoodjoy.com or +91 98765 43210 with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Storage After Delivery
Store in the coldest part of your refrigerator (ideally 0–2°C). Use within 3 days of delivery for best quality. Do not refreeze. If you cannot use within 3 days, the product can be frozen for up to 3 months, though this may affect texture.
