Acceptance of Terms
By using the Seafood Joy website (www.seafoodjoy.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Products and Pricing
We sell premium farm-fresh shrimp products. All products are headless, shellless, peeled and deveined. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price that applies to your order.
Order and Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept payments via Razorpay (credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 24 hours of order placement.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Seafood Joy is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, extreme weather, public holidays, or force majeure events. A signature or acknowledgment of delivery may be required.
Product Quality
Seafood Joy guarantees that all products leave our facility in prime condition. Our shrimp is not frozen — it is delivered chilled between 0–4°C. Quality claims must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Seafood Joy website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Seafood Joy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Seafood Joy's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date changed. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
